Procedure of Vastu Evaluation
Vastu Evaluation can be done for all types of premises e.g Flats, Banglows, Plots, Shops, Offices etc
Step-by-Step Process:
- On-Site Visit and Observation A thorough inspection of each and every room or section of the premises is conducted to understand the existing layout and structural elements.
- Precise Measurements Accurate measurements of all rooms and spaces are taken to ensure a detailed analysis.
- Drawing the House Layout Based on the measurements, a precise and scaled diagram of the entire premises is created using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Identifying the Centre (Brahmasthan) The central point of the structure (Brahmasthan) is calculated, which serves as the reference for directional analysis.
- Directional Mapping A special magnetic compass is used to mark all eight directions (North, North-East, East, South-East, South, South-West, West, North-West) from the center point.
- Directional Analysis of Spaces Every important area—such as the Main Entrance, Living Room, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Toilets, Bathrooms, Pooja Room, Staircase, Brahma Region, and any structural cuts—is analyzed as per its directional placement.
- Positive/Negative Scoring Each room and feature is assigned positive or negative points according to classical Vastu principles, based on their location and alignment.
- Comprehensive Evaluation Report A detailed report is prepared, explaining the auspicious and inauspicious aspects of each part of the house. This includes the impact on health, wealth, relationships, and overall harmony.
- Recommendations and Remedies A Practical and easy-to-implement suggestions are provided. These may include minor structural adjustments, placement changes, color corrections, or Vastu remedies to enhance positivity.
- Benefits of Vastu Corrections The recommended changes aim to improve the financial, physical, mental, spiritual, and academic well-being of all occupants.
वास्तुशास्त्र हे पूर्णपणे भारतीय प्राचिन शास्त्र आहे. वास्तुशास्त्राचा सर्वांत जुना उल्लेख वेदांमध्ये आढळतो. आपल्या आयुष्याला स्थैर्य आणि शांतता मिळवून देणे हे वास्तुशास्त्राचे प्रमुख उद्दीष्ट आहे. याच्या माध्यमातून आपल्या वास्तुतील निरनिराळया दोषांचे निराकरण करता येते.

- संपूर्ण घराची किंवा जागेची सर्व खोलींची तपशीलवार पाहणी केली जाते.
अचूक मोजमाप
- सर्व खोल्या आणि भागांचे अचूक मोजमाप घेतले जाते.
नकाशा तयार करणे
- मोजमापाच्या आधारे संपूर्ण जागेचा बारीकसारीक तपशील असलेला नकाशा AutoCAD सारख्या सॉफ्टवेअरमध्ये तयार केला जातो.
ब्रह्मस्थान निश्चित करणे
- वास्तुशास्त्रानुसार घराचे मध्यबिंदू (ब्रह्मस्थान) अचूकपणे ठरवले जाते.
दिशा मोजणे
- एक विशेष चुंबकीय कंपास वापरून त्या मध्यबिंदूपासून सर्व आठ दिशा (उत्तर, ईशान्य, पूर्व, आग्नेय, दक्षिण, नैऋत्य, पश्चिम, वायव्य) मोजल्या जातात.
दिशांनुसार जागेचे विश्लेषण
- मुख्य प्रवेशद्वार, हॉल, बेडरूम, किचन, बाथरूम, टॉयलेट, पूजाघर, शिडी, कट्स आणि ब्रह्मस्थान — या सर्व जागांची त्यांच्या दिशेनुसार तपासणी केली जाते.
सकारात्मक / नकारात्मक गुण देणे
- प्रत्येक जागेला त्याच्या दिशेच्या आधारावर वास्तुशास्त्राच्या नियमांनुसार सकारात्मक किंवा नकारात्मक गुण दिले जातात.
संपूर्ण मूल्यांकन अहवाल
- प्रत्येक जागेचे शुभ-अशुभ परिणाम विस्तृत स्वरूपात सांगणारा अहवाल तयार केला जातो. यामध्ये आरोग्य, संपत्ती, नाती, आणि घरातील एकूण सौख्य यावर होणाऱ्या परिणामांची माहिती दिली जाते.
